Terms of Service

Effective October 30, 2026

These terms govern your use of Temprr: the website at temprr.trade and the terminal at app.temprr.trade (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Philigrin Corp. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

1. What Temprr is

Temprr is an analytics tool. It shows weather observations, forecasts and modelled probabilities for daily-temperature markets, next to public market data from prediction markets such as Polymarket and Kalshi. It is free during open beta and open to members only.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Forecasts and probabilities are model outputs and can be wrong. Weather data can be late, missing or revised. You make your own trading decisions and you alone bear their results, including any losses.

3. No trading on your behalf

Temprr does not hold funds, custody assets, hold private keys or place orders. Trades happen on the third-party market you choose, under that market's own terms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Polymarket, Kalshi or any other market.

4. Eligibility and local law

You must be at least 18, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. Prediction markets are restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to make sure that using any market, and using Temprr with it, is lawful for you.

5. Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at hello@philigrin.com if you think it has been compromised. One person, one account.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, bulk-export, resell or redistribute data from the Service;
  • share your account or give others access to the members-only terminal;
  • reverse-engineer the Service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or bypass its access controls or rate limits;
  • use the Service to break the law or the rules of any market.

7. Our content

The Service, including its software, models, design and the analysis it produces, belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your own trading research while these terms are in force. Third-party data such as official weather observations and market prices remain subject to their providers' terms.

8. Beta, changes and availability

The Service is in beta. We may change, add or remove features, change which data sources we use, or introduce paid plans; we will tell members before any charge applies. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or end the Service, with notice where reasonably possible. Sections 2, 3, 7, 10, 11 and 13 survive termination.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of protections that the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence gives you.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will notify signed-in members in advance. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
