Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Temprr collects when you visit temprr.trade or use the terminal at app.temprr.trade, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. Temprr is operated by Philigrin Corp. ("we", "us"). Questions go to hello@philigrin.com.
What we collect
Your account
- Email and password. If you sign up with email, we store your address and a salted hash of your password. We never see or store the password itself.
- Google sign-in. If you continue with Google, Google shares your name, email address, profile picture and a Google account identifier with us. We request only the basic openid, email and profile scopes. We get no access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data.
- A Polymarket wallet address, if you add one. You can paste a public Polymarket address so the dashboard can show that wallet's positions. It is public, read-only data. We never ask for, hold or use private keys, and we cannot trade on your behalf.
How you use the product
We record product analytics: pages viewed, buttons clicked, which cities you open, sign-up and sign-in events, and errors you run into. With it we record your browser, device type and an approximate location derived from your IP address. A first-party cookie on temprr.trade links your visits to the marketing site and the app. Once you sign in, these events are linked to your account identifier and email address.
If you answer an in-product survey, we store your answers with your account.
What we do not collect
- Payment details. Temprr is free and takes no payments.
- Wallet private keys, seed phrases or exchange credentials.
- Data for advertising. We show no ads and do not sell or rent personal data.
Why we use it
- To run your account: signing you in and keeping the terminal members-only.
- To show your data back to you, such as the positions of a wallet address you added.
- To improve the product: understanding which features are used, where people get stuck, and whether changes help.
- To keep the service secure and investigate abuse.
- To contact you about your account, for example a password reset you requested.
Where the GDPR or a similar law applies, we rely on performing our contract with you (running your account) and on our legitimate interest in operating and improving a secure product (analytics and security).
Google user data
Temprr's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use the name, email address and profile picture Google shares only to create and sign in to your Temprr account. We do not use it for advertising, do not sell it, and do not transfer it to anyone except the service providers below who host our authentication.
Who processes it
We use a small number of service providers, each bound to process data only on our behalf:
- Supabase: database and authentication, hosted in the EU (Ireland). Stores your account, profile and wallet address.
- Vercel: hosts the website and the app.
- PostHog: product analytics and surveys, hosted in the United States.
- Google: only if you choose to sign in with Google.
Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep account data for as long as your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account and profile data and the analytics linked to your identity within 30 days. Backups roll over on their own schedule after that. Anonymous analytics that cannot be linked back to you may be kept longer.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@philigrin.com from the address on your account. We answer within 30 days. You can remove a wallet address from your account settings at any time. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies and local storage
- Sign-in session: your signed-in session is kept in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in.
- Analytics: a PostHog cookie on temprr.trade with a random identifier.
- Preferences: your theme, board layout and similar settings, kept only in your browser.
Blocking cookies or analytics in your browser does not stop the terminal from working.
Children
Temprr is for adults who trade prediction markets. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use data we already hold, we will tell signed-in members before it takes effect.
